Section 21 in Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences Act, 1986
21. Planning Board.
(1)The Planning Board shall be the principal Planning Body of the University and also be responsible for monitoring the development of the University on the lines indicated in the objects of the University.(2)The constitution of the Planning Board and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
