40. Issue of duplicate certificate.
- The Authority may, on receipt of fee of rupees five thousand, issue a duplicate certificate of registration to Lloyd's India, if Lloyd's India makes an application to the Authority in Form IRDAI/Lloyd's/ R4.II. Service Company and syndicates of Lloyd's India -
