(2)(a)The Board of Governors shall meet at least once in a year or such other times as may be directed by the Chairman;(b)The Board of Governors may invite any expert for any meeting if so necessary;(c)The Board of Governors may co-opt any members, if so required for assistance of the Board in any matter for proper and effective discharge of its functions.
