- The Tribunal shall decide-(a)whether any compensation is payable under Section 26;(b)the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under Section 28;(c)disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under Section 35;(d)disputes and the amount of compensation to be awarded under Section 39 ; and(e)such other matters as may be prescribed.
