Section 15(5) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(5)The fee so collected within a particular month under sub-rule (3) shall be deposited by the competent authority of the area concerned on or before the 7th day of the next month in the Fund.
