Section 35(2) in THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR ALLIED AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS ACT, 2021
(2)Where the fee under sub-section (1) is not paid within the specified period, the Secretary of the State Council shall remove the name of the defaulter from the State Register:Provided that a name so removed may be restored to the said register on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the State Government.
