Section 24(a) in The Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962
(a)acquire and build godowns and warehouses at such places within the State as it may, [after consultation with] [Substituted by [with the previous approval of] Warehousing Corporations Act, 2001(23 of 2001) ] the Central Warehousing Corporation, determine;
