Section 27B(1) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(1)The conferment of autonomous status may be withdrawn by the University if the college, institution or department has failed to observe any condition of its conferment or the efficiency thereof has so deteriorated that in the interest of education it is necessary to do so.
