(11)"Extension Education" means the educational activities concerned with the training of animal owners, farmers, dairy industry personnel, poultry entrepreneurs and fishermen for improved animal husbandry practices related to health, production and marketing of livestock and live stock product including the work through meetings, demonstrations and other methods for leaching improved animal husbandry practices and the training of workers required for the conduct of such educational activities;
