Section 74(1) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(1)Any kudikidappukaran desirous of having his name registered in the register of kudikidappukars may apply in Form No. 33 to the local authority within whose jurisdiction his kudikidappu is situate.
