58. Repeal and saving.
- AII orders, instructions and circulars in relation to matters covered by these rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed:Provided that any action taken under the orders, instructions and circulars, so repealed shall be deemed to have been taken under the provisions of these rules.Form-1(See rule 3)Application for Obtaining Disability Certificate by Persons With Disabilities
