JUDGMENT
The petitioner has completed his B.Tech from the Model Engineering College, Thrikkakara under the 1st respondent- University. He has appeared for the supplementary examination of the 5th Semester with Code No.506 "Micro Processor Based System Design" conducted on 29.6.2012. The prayer is to direct the University to publish the result of the examination within a time frame.
The learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that the results will be published by the 3rd week of October, 2012. The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
