1. By this petition the petitioners had sought protection on the ground that they are major and have married of their own free will contrary to the wishes of the respondent No.3, the father of petitioner No.1 and other family members.

2. Parents of petitioner No.1 are present in Court and are identified by the investigating officer. They state that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners.

3. The petitioners who are also present in Court state that since the parties have talked to each other, the petitioners now have no apprehension of their security and do not wish to pursue the above-noted petition.

4. Petition is thus disposed of as infructuous.
