Delay condoned.

We are not inclined to entertain this special leave petition, which is dismissed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes a statement that the petitioners will comply with the order of the High Court and revoke the order of termination issued to the respondent within four weeks from today.

In the light of the said statement made before us, which is recorded, the High Court may keep the contempt proceedings in abeyance awaiting compliance to be reported by the petitioners within the time now granted.
