Section 9(3) in Certificate Courses to Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(3)The seats remaining vacant against the category of Defence personnel and Ex-Servicemen shall be transferred to the unreserved category seats.The admission on such reserved seat shall be valid subject to the verification of certificate by the authority empowered by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
