Section 4(1) in Manipur Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2014

(1)The Government shall constitute a Local Level Monitoring Committee in each ward of Zilla Parishad or a Municipality, as the case may be, consisting of the following -

(a)Sub-Divisional Officer concerned	- Chairperson
(b) Sub-Deputy Collector concerned of the circlein the district	- Member
(c) Two representatives of farmers in theconcerned Zilla Parishad ward or the concerned municipal area tobe nominated by the Deputy Commissioner concerned	- Member
(d) The Agricultural Officer concerned	- Member Convener
