Section 13(11) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(11)Modification of the certificate of registration in this rule shall be permitted for the following, namely:-(a)errors in the certificate of registration; and(b)a change in the goods to be stored in the warehouse.
