Section 4(3) in THE MAJOR PORT AUTHORITIES ACT, 2021
(3)The Members referred to in clause (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 shall be appointed by the Central Government from amongst serving employees of the Board of Major Port Authority in such manner as may be prescribed after obtaining the opinion of the trade unions, if any, composed of persons employed in the Major Port and registered under the Trade Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926).
