Section 11(iii) in The Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1981
(iii)a pension on absorption in or under a corporation or company or body in terms of Government of Rajasthan decisions below rule 158 of Rajasthan Service Rules and who elects to receive monthly pension and death-cum-retirement gratuity; or
