64. Circulation of minutes and inspection of minutes and reports of proceeding.
- Minutes of proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be circulated to all the Councillors of the Corporation and shall at all reasonable times be available at the Corporation office for inspection without charge by any Councillor or person on payment of a fee prescribed by regulations.
