- The Chief Commissioner may make rules [*] [For Delhi Land Reforms Rules, 1954, see Notification No. F.3 (16)/54-GA and R dated the 11th November, 1954 published in the Delhi State Gazette, Pt. V. p. 27 dated 20th January, 1955] for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter.
