Section 407(1)(a) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981

(a)that any registered or licensed place for the disposal of the dead or any place provided for such disposal by the council or by the Government is in such a state or situation as to or to be likely to become dangerous to the health of persons living in the neighbourhood thereof; or
