23. Procedure for effecting a subdivision.
- In case of fresh subdivision under clauses (2) to (8) of rule 22 the provisions of section 6,7,9,10,11 aqnd 13 of the Act shall be followed. The notice under subsection (2) of section 9 shall be in Form No.4 and the notice under sub-section (2) of section 10 or sub section (1) of section 11 shall be in Form No.5
