Section 23(1) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(1)The Council may, by order, remove from the register the name of any practitioner who has either been convicted by a court of law, or has been found guilty of professional misconduct after due enquiry.
