Section 6(r) in U.P. Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University Act, 2001
(r)to make special provisions for students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and other categories for admission in any course of study in the University or in a constituent college in accordance with the orders of the State Government;
