Heard Shri R.B. Puranik, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He submits that by impugned identical orders wage rise has been sanctioned for period from 01.04.2011 in three different stages for spell of three years each. According to him, similar exercise earlier undertaken by One Man Board vide order dated 12.08.2011 formed subject matter of Writ Petition No. 4323/2012, that petition was disposed of by judgment dated 01.10.2015. The impugned order dated 25.05.2018, look into only rise in cost of living, but, does not take into consideration the deteriorated financial position of the employer and principle of Industry-cum-Region.
2. Notice, returnable on 26.11.2018. RPAD/Hamdast service permitted to complete service upon respondents.
3. Till then no coercive steps.
