Section 12(1) in Bihar Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and regulation of Street Vending) Schemes 2017
(1)The vending certificate may be renewed after every five [5] years .It shall be a simple process of submitting the fees and renewing the vending certificate.The Town Vending Committee will put up the list of the vendors whose due dates for renewal falls within a period of two months. In the said paper the amount as well as the places or institution where it can be paid can be indicated.
