28. Powers of the Director-General to issue "Directives".
- The Director-General may, from time to time, issue such directions, in theform of Directives, relating to the enforcement and furtherance of the provisions of the Act and these rules, as he may think necessary and the superior officers andenrolled members of the Force shall be go governed by such "Directives" in theperformance and discharge of their duties.
