Section 122(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)An application for leave of the Tribunal to commence or continue any suit or proceeding against the LLP shall be made to the Tribunal upon notice to Liquidator and the parties to the suit or proceeding sought to be commenced or continued.
