Section 1 in State Land Acquisition Act, 1990 (1934 A.D.)
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the State Land Acquisition Act No. X of 1990.(2)It extends to the whole of the territories comprising the Jammu and Kashmir State.(3)It shall come into force at once.
