1. This hearing has been done by video conferencing.
2. This is an application for early hearing of the petition. The submission of ld. counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is a senior citizen and the Respondent is her son, who is pressurising her to execute certain documents in his favour.
3. The application has been served upon one - Mr. J.P. Sharma. However, none appears for the Respondent.
4. For the reasons stated in the application, early hearing is allowed. Application is disposed of.
C.R.P. 22/20205. It is seen that service in the matter could not be effected due to the lockdown. Accordingly, ld. counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondents once again with a copy of this order. Since the Respondent is the son of the Petitioner, the service may be done by hand, along with a copy of this order so that the Respondent can be represented on the next date.
