It is stated that matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Counsel for OP submits that OP has agreed to pay Rs.30 lakh to the complainant and also the car which was involved in the accident. Director of the complainant company is present in person. It is stated that complainant has accepted the aforesaid terms of settlement. It is stated that complainant has no objection if the present complaint case is disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties.
Counsel for the OP submits that payment shall be made within four weeks from today.
In view of the above settlement between the parties, the present complaint case stands disposed of as per terms stated above.
Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.
