Section 9(3) in The Jammu and Kashmir Flood Plain Zones (Regulation and Development) Act, 2005
(3)The Flood Zoning Authority shall exhibit records, charts, maps, registers and such other documents showing the river channel, flood channel and the flood plain area, specifying the nature and extent to which the use of land in the area is either prohibited or restricted in his office for inspection by the public at large.
