Section 2(j) in The Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999
(j)"project" means a project specified in Schedule I;(jj)[ "proposal" means a document which may include among others, details of the project, feasibility study or any other study, financial viability analysis and structuring of project and such other information as may be decided by the Board;] [Clause (jj) inserted by Gujarat 18 of 2006, dated 31st March, 2006 (w.e.f. 15-05-2006).]
