(2)On receipt of an application from a facility provider, the person receiving the application may enter into an agreement, specifying consideration as mutually agreed, for—(a)undertaking surveys as may be required by the facility provider for the purpose of assessing the feasibility for establishing telecommunication network; or(b)establishing, operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing, augmenting, removing or relocating any telecommunication network by the facility provider.
