Section 523(3)(i) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952

(i)The first proceeding in every matter under the Act shall have a distinctive number assigned to it. and shall be designated as "Company Case No..... of 19 ......". All proceedings in any matter subsequent to the first proceeding shall bear the same number as the first proceeding.
