Section 34 in The Company Law Board Regulations, 1991

34. Fees.

(1)In respect of the several matters mentioned in Annexure III, there shall be paid fees for every petition as prescribed:Provided that no fee shall be payable or shall be liable to be collected on a petition filed or reference made by the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director or by any officer on behalf of the Central Government:
(2)Fee as prescribed shall be levied and collected on every interlocutory application:Provided that no fee shall be payable or shall be liable to be collected on an application filed by the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director or by an officer on behalf of the Central Government.
(3)In respect of a petition or application filed before the Principal Bench or other Regional Benches, fees payable under these regulations shall be paid by means of a bank draft or bankers cheque drawn in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi or Kolkata or Mumbai or Chennai, as the case may be.
