Section 21(5) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(5)If within an hour of the time appointed for the meeting the quorum is not present, the meeting shall stand adjourned to a date not earlier than seven days and not later than twenty one days:Provided that, if the meeting has been called on a requisition under rule 20 (4) it shall, in the absence of the quorum within an hour of the appointed time, stand dissolved.
