Section 150(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)After the report has been presented the Chairman or any member of the Committee or any other member may move that the report be taken into consideration, whereupon the Speaker may put the question to the Assembly.
