153. Power to make regulations providing for the manner of imposition etc. of tax.
- The Corporation may, by regulations, determine the manner of imposition, payment, refund, and remission of tax on carriages and animals, the time for payment of such tax, and the conditions under which a licence may be granted.G. Toll
