Section 6(1) in The West Bengal State Council Of Technical Education Act, 1995.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, a nominated or appointed member of the Council shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which his name is published under section 5 and may, on the expiry of such term, be re-nominated or re-appointed.
