Section 15(5) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(5)The Departmental Committee shall consist of the following Members:-(a)the Head of the department, and(b)all Teachers of the concerned department who are primarily engaged in teaching by virtue of their appointments.
