12A. Application of provisions to Minster, to Chairman of Planning and Development Committees.
- The provisions of this Act shall apply in relation to the holder of the following offices as they apply in relation to a Minister, namely:-(1)Chairman of the Telangana Planning and Development Committee(2)Chairman of the Rayalaseema Planning and Development Committee(3)Chairman of the Coastal Andhra Planning and Development Committee and(4)Chairman of the North Coastal Andhra Planning Development Committee
