Section 3 in Gujarat Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 1977
3. Amendment of section 49 of Guj. 1 of 1970.- In the principal Act, in section 49, in sub-section (1), in clauses (i) to (iv) for the words and brackets "Canteen Stores Department (India)" the words "Canteen Stores Department" shall be substituted.
