- If the requirement of the law have been complied with in respect of all these particulars indicated in Rule 25 and there are no impediments to the acceptance of a document for registration, a certificate of admissibility in Form No. I Appendix II, shall be endorsed on the face of the document [or such endorsements may also be made through the Computer] [Inserted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 735 dated 31.5.2002.
