Section 8 in Railways Rates Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 1990
8. Time for presentation.-
(1)Pleadings and other documents, required or directed to be filed within a certain time, shall be filed at the Tribunal's office within that time.(2)The date of receipt at the office of the Tribunal shall be taken as the date of filing.
