Section 13(5) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(5)The Council may appoint such other officers and servasns as it may consider necessary for the purposes of this Act. An officer or servant so appointed shall be paid such salary and allowances, if any, as the Council may determine.
