Section 21(1) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(1)Where the applicant is already a party to a proceedings before the Court or authority and seeks aid or advice in such proceedings, the Advocate on the panel to whom the application is referred shall enter appearance before the authority on behalf of the applicant.
