2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to hand over the original Result Card of Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (BETET), 2011 to the petitioner which has been deposited by the petitioner to the concerned appointing authority at the time of joining of petitioner on 14.02.2014 as Mathematics Teacher in Urdu Madhya Vidyalaya, Rewara, Block: Belaganj (Gaya). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several requests and representations of the petitioner, the aforesaid result of BETET, 2011 has not been returned/handed over to the petitioner.
4. In view of the limited prayer, Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 are directed to hand over the original Result Card of Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (BETET), 2011 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of production/receipt of this order.
5. This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
