Section 2(1)(o) in Himalayiya University Act, 2019

(o)"Fee and Admission Regulatory Committee and its powers" means the Fee and Admission Regulatory Committee constituted under Section 4 of the Uttarakhand Unaided Private Professional Educational Institution (Regulation of Admission and fixation of Fee) Act, 2006 and the powers given to the committee in the said Act;
